Steelies
a friend has a manual-ised (By kk-k in fact) R32 GTS25 and the oil level is fine but the oil pressure gauge is always showing a low reading, and has done for years (haha!). has always run sweet as but shes getting sick of ignoring the gauge! no obvious low oil pressure symptoms that i can identify, anyone have any advice/experience? kyteler
I'm fairly certain the guages read weird/bizarrely/fuck out. My brother's cluster is a big random now, rev counter does it's own thing and sometimes the oil pressure guage does work, sometimes it doesn't. MACKAZ
Install (temporarily) another gauge to check actual reading.Compare. More than likely effed sender or cluster though. My diesel Hilux showed eff all pressure on dash but a healthy 50psi on another gauge...issue solved by a second hand sender

Leebo3
Slightly OT, but as my engine is getting more miles on it, properly run it etc, the oil pressure is higher than when i first started it. Is that the trend they take?

Is that the trend they take? not normally - normally you loose oil pressure as shit wears and tolerences open up.. Maybe its just cos you got your foot hard up it all the time and the idle may be higher or some shit...
