Run it hard to about 4500/5k tops through gears, this pushes the rings hard against the walls and lets them seal properly, then let it decelerate which makes a vacuum to suck all the crap off the bores. For first start get oil pressure then let it run at 2500ish for about 15 minutes (make sure it doesn't over heat) to run the cam in. Roughly tune the carbs while its running, but try not to let it idle as it will fuck your cam especially if your running a big cam/uprated valve springs After that try not to let it idle too long, just to tune carbs properly etc.. try do this after you've done a few Ks Cheers boe for slaves, squirted brake fluid into my eye ftl/lols Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
