His intention is to do a Turbo transplant, but he's funding it so I'll put forth these ideas to him and he can buy the bits and I'll fit them.

For now, I'll just reap the benefits of using Sweet fuck all gas :D

Argh... don't bother! Just buy a turbo one if that's the intention. All the gear is already there for it.... the 1.0l is carbed vs the Turbo's injection, so there'll just be too much fussing around with fuelling and electrics as well.... when a Uno Turbo can be had for the money you'll be throwing down the drain at this thing....

Yeah no point turbing, just get an uno turbo. Chris got his for 200 bucks!! and man do u look at the roof alot.... as for the uno, induction, rejet the carbi - cheap webber maybe? shave the shit out off the head,(retard timing justa little i guess to) and make sure the valves dont hit.

regrind the cam(200 bucks??) twin coils..... lol have fun with it, all out ghetto i say.

Not much other than the usualls. It eventually got too rusty so it was retired. The engine lives on in another Uno thats currently getting a bit of a rebuild. Its a bit more modified, big turbo, aftermarket ecu etc.
