Looking good! I like the sparkly Mazda paint, have been mulling over the Soul Red myself. Was there much involved in the paint system?

I hope the roof top tent is on a Gyro with a canopy. -
I got started on the wheels today, they were a bit haggard so I decided I would paint the hubs and rims and order some new spokes front and rear. Rear wheel was the most yuck, a bit rusty and had been painted with what looks to be some rust kill paint but spots were stating to come through again. The front wasn't too bad, a bit of oxidation on the hub. Turns out the rim is aluminium, looks as though someone has laced it onto the C50 hub at some point. Clean them up and rust killed where appropriate ready for paint. I got them all painted, it's not a perfect finish but more than adequate for what it is. Will hopefully lace them all back up this weekend.

When: Thursday 20th September, 7pm Where: Wholly Bagels Thorndon - MAP We will be parking in the bottom carpark, entry from Murphy St will be easiest. Bring your hot sauce and your saucy selves. Foam over it HERE

My sexy new tyres arrived today, rocking that Speedmaster look. 2.25 front and 2.5 rear I also have grips, throttle, headlight, some bars to cut up and brake shoes in stock now.

330 Cedric Yeah I don't get it, I might just make a new loom using the wires I know haha I tested one of those universal kits and it didn't have enough beef to move the mechanism completely
-
Maybe, the old crowns have that eh?
-
Hmm, master is definitely 4 wire, front passenger is 4 wire (only locks, doesn't open), rear doors are 5 wire.

Bear with me, I'm not too familiar with them plus I'm missing all of the electrical wizardry in the middle so I'm not even sure of what I'm missing So all the solenoids have these black and yellow wires, if I can trigger the solenoids with the blue wires are the others to stop unnecessary actuation if the lock is already in the desired state?
-
I have a central locking solenoid that I am trying to figure out the wiring on. It has 5 wire going into it, black, yellow, blue, blue and yellow, blue and white. The blue wires trigger the solenoid, blue is the 12V feed, earthing through blue and yellow or blue and white will make the solenoid go up/down. What the fuck are the black and yellow wires for? Any ideas?

330's are all about dem curvy body lines. Sir Mix a Lot drove a 330, true story

Keep in mind most carby bikes use gravity feed so no pumps to be found.

I dunno about running leaner but those multispark boxes are the business. Cold starts are a piece of piss and it'll go straight into a smooth idle. Only wish they did a hard ignition cut though

Non-crossflow lyfe. It's amazing how much fuel you can tip onto hot headers without the whole show burning down
-
@Steelies if you could knock me off a 58.5mm length that would be much chur. I'm just gonna run my haggard wheels for now

Not sure tbh, he is annoying to deal with but seems to be one of the few places around that can strip and coat. He kept trying to change my mind on the colour I wanted. Give ESL a call (near your place), I had FA50 stuff blasted and coated there years ago but last time I called they had stopped the blasting side, could see if they are doing it again or if they can recommend anywhere. Or take it with the commy to get done then drop off to ESL.
