  3. toyota shit seriously pwns all to bad its 90 bucks a tube, its so banging even nissan etc use it. Got it for $50ish from warwick, It is fucking good stuff.
  4. well after advice from tex, I unplugged ecu and shorted the W pin on the check connector, turned keys on and the light comes on. So ECU isn't earthing for some reason. OR It is, but the earth isn't up to the job, I dunno what type of bulb a Supra runs compared to the Chaser. Still more things to try I suppose.
  5. Oh and this is my 2nd loom and ECU. to have it do the exact samething as the other says to me that its not the ECU.
  6. Now that I think about it I've got two earths hanging off've the dash connector from the supra. Will get onto those and update ya. Started pulling turbos off though but I'll see if it changes anything, should flash up when i turn it to ON yeah?
  7. The light doesnt come on at all. But I know the light is working, as people assume its just a blown bulb. This is the connectors according to the diagrams. I only have the N/normal one. The round one/M I don't. I think the diagrams wrong because Ive opened up the old loom and theres no trace.
  8. the light doesnt come on at all. I was just saying that I know that side of things works because I can ground the wire thats supposed to go to the ECU and it lights up. I get nothing at all when I turn the key on. Spencer, one thing I'm confused about is that the diagrams say there is two Diagnostics plugs, however both of mine only have one.
  9. Specifically I'm trying to get the diagnostic mode to work. Bridge Te1 and E1 just like any other toyota. Now I've got a new loom and ECU in the car and its doing the exact same thing as before. It doesnt do anything. I have the Circuit to the dash all sorted, if I ground the wire by hand (W) the Check Engine light comes on. The circuits are all correct, W goes from the ECU and to the Diag connector and to the Checklight on the Dash. E1 is to the Earth. Te1 goes to the Ecu. Am I missing something? The car runs on the new ECU and I haven't cut anything. I'm pretty sure I really need this to be working to set the timing correctly.
