  1. L200 My wingroad has 4 levers, maybe a lesser AD or sentra y10 would have 3 with no aircon. But you could just not use one

The dulon lightning mcgreen is a bit lighter but might suit Dulon is a bit old tech, but pretty fine for an old car, it's probably painted in something similar. I touched up chrisr's tonner with it and it's still stuck on Not as "bad" as 2k (the bad stuff is mostly in the clear), but If you did a solid 2k base you wouldnt have to do a clear (although the added UV protection of clear helps)
  4. I did mine just by roughly measuring the wire and counting the coils. I might have some further in for long deep in my morrie build as it was about 2007 I did it. The resistance is probably in the manual somewhere, il see if I can find it
  5. You can get all those trafficators going again. It's usually the shellac on the windings is failed and shorting. Fairly straightforward to rewind by hand, not too many wild turkeys cos there's 700 odd coils

  7. The one on my morrie was 30% hard and cracked, 30% swole blooming soft rubber, and 40% bathroom silicone. Never mentioned

  9. Must be a heavy duty scotchbright to leave grinding marks in it no? Pro tip Flapdisk it down, then hit with a needle descale to make it look cast again

  11. Yeah I tried like that inline and was no good. Tapped onto under carb and worked fine.
  12. I have done this with motorcycle tanks and it does work BUT VERY IMPORTANT there can't be any air in it, any air gap will rust. You gotta fill it right up, and then neutralize and flush with fresh water, then coat immediately

  14. Examine the other side and replicate is what I do. Most body panels seem to be one every inch and a half. A pillar probably more like an inch
  15. Repco morrie rubber was impossible (after enough complaints they changed the profile apparently and now it works) Warming the rubber may help you over the edge. I ended up putting a few dabs of sealant under the trim and holding it in place before moving to the next section
