The hardest part about driving an EV is telling your parents you're gay. In another 30 years I'm going to be no different to the old Barry's with their bib overalls and trucker caps at tractor/steam carnivals. Burning dinosaurs and telling Barry sharns about the golden age of gasoline. (Meanwhile the much hated and maligned millenials will be the new boomers in training, pissing and moaning about whatever handle they bestow on the pesky kids of that era) Dont forget who you are Alex. Burn dinosaurs till the end..... /ling. -
My 2c on cranking it to get oil pressure, I wouldn't do that until.uoure almost ready to fire it.up. engines are assembled with assembly line, which is sticky stuff. Running In oil is piss. If you pressurise the lubrication system, the piss running in oil will purge all the assembly lube. Then if you get any delays before it gets fired.up.in ernest, it'll be getting the hell cold start on piss weak lube. (Especially if it takes a few.goes to make it go for the first fire.up)

The best part is that 6 stud wheels have an "anti tax" on them. You can get really sweet reyums for 1/3 or 1/4 the price of the same wheels in four of 5 stud. Its fucking brilliant! Cool rig Beave.

That said, it's not going to have metal mulisha/FOX etc stickers on the rear window either.
-
Would it need to be registered as a goods vehicle though? User type NA rather than MA? And perhaps have more expensive rego? (Its over 40 years old anyway, but it's nice to know so I dont get fisted by some.power tripping nazi copper at some.point)

Can I ask what each class means?

Decent sized box yes. But to be fair, its turning the fuel pump on. So it needs decent current carrying capacity?

If I owned a north island based bike, I could fly in fly out. The week before nats. Then when I flew home from nats, I could move in to a bachelor pad, on account of the dissolution of my partnership with her indoors......- 77 replies

The mrs vtec crx developed in intermittent fault like this. Apparently they were prone to developing dry joints inside the fuel pump relay. (It was hidden in an impossible location, I could hear it, but not see it) pulled it.out, and resoldered them and it never gave trouble again.
