i have powerlites on my escort and they dont have dust seals, I have had them fitted for 6 or 7 years and no issues, new zealand isnt exactly a dusty place

pretty much just open exhaust valve whenever bag has air in it will make bov noises if you want

i did my escort with bundy tubing from these guys. http://www.brassfit.co.nz/ dont know about the other stuff, but bundy is quite hard to work with escpecially with tight bends

I had my escort head acid dipped, a crack fixed, new exhaust valves (had to be made) and new valve springs all over + hardened valve top caps for $1000 and it took about a week from memory from lyn rogers. I didnt think the pricing was that bad but maybe others are cheaper. Also, they did call me when they wanted to do something different to what was discussed

tell me total costs of changing to the fancy ignition once you are done. Whats the ecu you are going to use?

what is cost/benefit vs hall effect distributor?

what was the purpose of wasting the distibutor? how do people get ignition signal on k motors without a distributor?
