Was in at the local Car Auctions today and there's a wellside RN41 there (looks just like that but brown and less rust, maybe it wasn't a 41) set to sell for under $1200. Glass? Glass and Soda are the best options. Possibly is the starter motor man. Though I imagine there is a current draw screwing the battery too, alternatively it's a combination or variation of the components involved. Stereo/Amp Wiring. Battery. Alternator. Starter Motor. I had a similar thing with B310 Sunny where it was a right prick to start, made it seem as though the battery was fried. Changed the starter motor because as you tried, jumper cables and other batteries made little difference and BAM, started first pop everytime. So I pulled the motor and box and sold it. Win win.

A dude at the drift school at Teretonga on Saturday had his missus 350Z out there, have to say, other than one dedicated drift car, he was doing way better in it than any of the other peeps out there during the "school" phase. Was pretty sweet to watch actually, he even spun it once and almost assed it into the tyres which would have been fun to explain to the missus. Personally, I'd have the 350GT over the Z.
