bit of a up date to the retro classics page http://blog.retro-classics.co.nz/?p=1981 must add the front and the back are now the same hight the shocks were holding the front up so took them out big thanks to Michael for the up date

made it to the club run in napier, the rat ran really well got down and back with no engine problems just a few electrical things to sort out came home with no wipers and one headlight but its all part of the fun of vw's, decided i'm going to sell the narrowed/lowered beam as i cant get used to the way it looks

it was 3 but i had to come up 1 as i could not get off my dam driveway without doing damage to the engine, down your way this weekend what you up to?

yer found out today the shocks in the front where holding it up so took them out, now all good

wheel nuts are on the list. i sure 3 will hold it on for now lol

narrowed the beam by 3"and now 4"closer to the ground but needs to be lower new old roof rack and wheels pic's to come soon

failed the wof but not to bad just brakes head lights need to be inproved ?and get the number plate light to work and thats it clutch judder real bad i'll have to pull the motor and have a look but it's all smiles in my shed

off to see the wof man i think it's all done just have to make him see it that way
