Here is the seat belt section of the virm (wof rule book) http://vehicleinspection.nzta.govt.nz/virms/in-service-wof/general/vehicle-interior/seatbelts-and-seatbelt-anchorages

Sometimes on VLs the bottom corner of the windscreen leaks water onto the ecu. Might be worth checking that the ecu isn't wet or rusty. You'll find it behind the passenger left kick panel.

Does the van have a COF or WOF sticker? If it has a COF then you can go get a WOF and the guy issueing the wof will make it a private vehicle.

Sounds like an earth fault.check for earth from the stop bulbs

To my knowledge blow off valves are fine. It is a bit hard to spot a chipped ecu tho.

taken from the wof rule book "LVV certification is always required for the fitting of a supercharger or turbocharger as a modification, or the upgrading of a supercharger, turbo or wastegate, or the re-chipping of electronic engine control units on turbo vehicles."

You can buy nolathane style spacers from autoline and maybe BNT in different thicknesses. Kinda like this but not a complete circle.

I would offer my 'services' but will be working monday. Buick is still covered in campfire ash and bird shit from wagnats so if bikini girls are available to wash on the weekend I'll supply the wash n wax. -
I packed up the wag and headed to Vinager Hill for 4 days of r & r, wagoneer style. My wonderful wife, Rachel, whipped up some classy floral curtains. Added a tarp so bogans can escape the sun. Tied with Lee's Coon for mintest wag and took home Strokers choice. Was an awesome few days and nights with amazing people. Thank you wagoneers. See you next year.

GM Fisher body cars had seat belt anchors factory fitted from mid 1966 so mabe Chrysler were that clever too? Have a look under the parcel shelf or on the C pillars. There might be something there. Other wise if you use a proper anchor plate you should be OK. (But don't quote me)

The top seatbelt mount is a factory point so i was confident it was strong enough.
