FWIW Toyota trans service is drain and refill. No pan off or filter replacement.

The drain has a plastic tube inside it. You can remove it with a Allen key and drain some more. The top of this tube is the correct level with the trans in park and engine idling and the atf at 45 degrees C. We just put in the same amount that came out. Make sure you use the correct Toyota fluid. Should be WS, but the fill bung will confirm.

I have used them. You need to make sure the tyre is super clean with no silicone or tyre shine on there. You will need to re-do it often to keep it looking good.

Take them in to CDL’s work and they will tell you everything you need to know. They probably have some NOS pistons tucked up on the top shelf of the smoko room.

There is another form they should have given you identifying the areas to be repaired. It has generic car structure pictures that the wof guy should highlight problem areas. Anyone can do rust repairs, but the wof guy will be covering his butt, because he can’t see under the new paint. Ask him if you can take pics of the new metal before you paint it or take the car to him before paint.

If it’s not new it should be ok I guess. Maybe check the valve clearances
