Any progress? you can always check for an intake leak by spraying some easy-start around it while its running and see if it changes the speed. Quote

felixx Posted September 15, 2024 Author Posted September 15, 2024 Next step a nibbi carb https://youtu.be/PH2sXltFlys Quote
felixx Posted September 16, 2024 Author Posted September 16, 2024 Well now its running, it is time to mess with it some more: I am thinking (on @mo999 suggestion) a Nibbi Carb Likely this one: https://nibbiracing.com/products/pe22fl?srsltid=AfmBOoo83kSvNlSMqnZjQRzuJMhVWSJuT4EWAOoEcrafPgWAk-0eMMQT Front shocks will be ordered (likely Ali spec as OEM are unobtanium)Genuine Suzuki Cush arrived in the post, so that will go in this weekend (or wed evening) Horn and rear brake switch arrived yesterday so that is another wee job. Pretty sure even I can get them in for Syd's Run LOL Also I noticed when I apply the rear brakes (foot pedal) there is a 'clunk' in the pedal, any possible sources of this? 1 Quote
felixx Posted September 18, 2024 Author Posted September 18, 2024 New shocks arrived today. can only fit them in upside down. quick google check showed this is ok. Tell me if I am wrong Quick ride up n down street.. nice to ride. Now to get the right size bolts and washers to make it look tidy. From this.. Quote
felixx Posted September 18, 2024 Author Posted September 18, 2024 To this.. 10mm height rise suits my height and stops guard rub. 1 Quote

Have a look at how the rear brake backplate is anchored. Could well be moving when applied 1 Quote

felixx Posted October 9, 2024 Author Posted October 9, 2024 So I got the plastics on her. Much better. The silver suzuki badges are actually clutch cover badges. I plan to add foglights with Amber Angel Eyes in the holes. That way when I put on high beams I will see more 7 Quote
felixx Posted October 19, 2024 Author Posted October 19, 2024 Mocked up the lights today. They could work. But i need to talk to a 3d printer 2 Quote
felixx Posted November 8, 2024 Author Posted November 8, 2024 Bike was clunky as the throttle came on and brakes applied... This was the culprit Quote
felixx Posted November 8, 2024 Author Posted November 8, 2024 Much better. After a short ride I am happier 2 Quote
