Any progress? you can always check for an intake leak by spraying some easy-start around it while its running and see if it changes the speed. felixx
Well now its running, it is time to mess with it some more: I am thinking (on @mo999 suggestion) a Nibbi Carb Likely this one: https://nibbiracing.com/products/pe22fl?srsltid=AfmBOoo83kSvNlSMqnZjQRzuJMhVWSJuT4EWAOoEcrafPgWAk-0eMMQT Front shocks will be ordered (likely Ali spec as OEM are unobtanium)Genuine Suzuki Cush arrived in the post, so that will go in this weekend (or wed evening) Horn and rear brake switch arrived yesterday so that is another wee job. Pretty sure even I can get them in for Syd's Run LOL Also I noticed when I apply the rear brakes (foot pedal) there is a 'clunk' in the pedal, any possible sources of this?
felixx
New shocks arrived today. can only fit them in upside down. quick google check showed this is ok. Tell me if I am wrong Quick ride up n down street.. nice to ride. Now to get the right size bolts and washers to make it look tidy. From this.. Have a look at how the rear brake backplate is anchored. Could well be moving when applied

Check the bolt that holds the linkage between the brake drum and the swing arm.
felixx
So I got the plastics on her. Much better. The silver suzuki badges are actually clutch cover badges. I plan to add foglights with Amber Angel Eyes in the holes. That way when I put on high beams I will see more
