The nibbi website has capacity recommendations (I've got a nibbi on my lifan 125 as well). 19 or 22 is whats recommended. Did yours come with a jetting kit and tuning guide? Mine did (I bought through nibbi via amazon) and it made the fine tuning process very easy

Yea i got talking to the customers at mbike tonight. 2 out of 3 had 24mm on their 125s (they had  tried 22s too)

I ride this thing at 100% throttle most the time (80kmh plus) so figured a little bit more topend was good

Curiously mbike nibbis dont have a range of jets, i suspect china clones   but will get a jet kit.

100% a China clone of a Keihin PE, just with a tiny bit more QC and some fancy red anodising to attempt to make it look premium.

Long story short..

Carb was not issue, stator nut had undone. 

Some ugga duggas fixed that

Still havent got a smaller nibbi due to working a lot of weekends to try and keep the bills paid. So I am running a 17mm on this bike.  I took it for a good ride with some local pests earlier in the month... 50 miles / 85km cost 1.88litres of thrashing in hilly places which I thought was great, However there were a lot more smiles per litre.

I have an original seat that Im thinking of getting it recovered in black. 

Previous owner gave her a rattle can black paint job which is getting pretty ratty. If I was to paint it properly-er  this summer (satin black) what paint do you folks suggest?
