Mines a 1999 Gsix.. found a couple of drive belts last night in the box of bits that were with the Kirby.. got it working for the first time in 15 years or so. I've got a plastic caddy with a heap of attachments, a flexi hose and the wet carpet cleaning head. Thought there was more attachments, but they must of been thrown out over the last couple of house moves. I really need to give it a Autosol like you did.. mines looking like it's been sitting outside under a tree for 10 years. I knew there'd be someone else with one on oldschool. They are pretty handy once you get used to using them and will suck up nuts and bolts if your not careful and survive. 2 I have are Sentria's so apparently 2006 onwards, not many differences just more rounded off design
myk00l
@Muncie I assume you have vacuumed all the dead skin out of your mattress. I remember when the salesperson would come to demonstrate the kirby and go and take that attachment they put a sheet of filter paper in to show you how much dirt was in your mattress. Haha nope I'm the human equivalent of a bakery pie so have always run a mattress protector for that exact reason.

My girlfriend doesn't know how to roll a lead up and the old one absolutely twisted itself to a lethal pile of knots and split insulation. This is a trial standard construction spec lead that will reach every corner of the house from one power point its resisted the twists so far and flattens out if you leave it somewhere warm.
