Hi Pee Dubs, could you tell me what year this Honda is please?

I have one the same / same tank graphics and am struggling to identify the year of manufacture.

Engine # MD10E - 5000639

An email to Blue Wing Honda didn't help much, just told me it's a XL200FWD.

Any info would be appreciated, bit of a long shot, but I would like to get this road legal.
