RUNAMUCK
As above. I need to cut a 125mm hole in a sheet of 1.6mm (ish) aluminuim. I can bring the job to you, and cut the hole at yours if needed. (I wouldn't lend out my holesaw if I had one that big either) Anyone?

RUNAMUCK
Cheers anyway Mof. My jigsaw is in and old baby formula tin in many many pieces. It was a liquifaction submerged special. (Freebie) I got as far as pulling it apart, and buying new bearings for it. Then a squirrel ran past the garage and I got distracted. And never went back to it. I might have to mark the circle, and use a burr type bit in my dremmel. That fucks up aluminum quick snap. (If I can find my Dremmel that is)

RUNAMUCK
The part I wish to go all Uncle Jake spec on is in Shirley/Richmond. (Not far from the palms) But I can bring it to you no problem. There is a drill press there though.

Horse25
Think i may have one. Why not get it cut at a shop, holesaw will slog around a bit/wont be that tidy
RUNAMUCK
Because that will cost money I don't have. Let me know if you do have one Dave. I'm too unco to use a jigsaw tbh. It would look like it was cut with an axe if I did it. What it's for is the new spare wheel cover for one of my cars. The hardboard one got smashed. So I scored an old speed sign disc from work, and I need to cut the 125mm hole in the middle so I can rivet the part into the middle which the factory hold down bolt passes through. (Kind of a stepdown bracket) It's one of the few things left to do before I can convert it into money for my other cars.
