i did a quick work over and between those ratios (4.11 and 3.54) you'd gain 10km/h average

so by that you could say roughly the revs you maintain currently at 90kph with a 4.11 would be the same as at 100kph when you replace with a taller 3.54.

the type 9's have heaps of pommy support so close ratio kits and gearsets that differ are availible.

if you're doing skids you best be on a closed road or a burnout pad,

a strong pinto pushing a locked diff will skid through 3rd and up to 4th if you hate it enough,

the key is to

lock the diff

blank the back brakes

use old tires soaked in kerosene (max smoke)

heat them tires in every gear for as long as you think possible,

as you want the tires to go off in a lower gear (ie get past sticky more melting) then get the tire speed

as high as possible ie max revs in the tallest gear the car will hold in its powerband.

this will create more smoke than any other method and pop them faster.

If you're entering comps down port rd, try and get on the pad first if you can,

as any pad will get sticky as more rubber is layed on it
