Haha yep. Not the mags though. Those turned out to be sale proof.

I bought it off TEX with a gen 2 3SGTE in it. Should end up in the black car in a month of two.

I came round with Hagen once to look at it ages ago when it still had a chance of getting on the road.

It's got some pretty bad rust in it. Shame because its low kays and under 400th off the production line.

Hah, I assumed blue one was another mr2 in the other pic.

Fuck your car looks choice with the mismatched panels (although subtley coordinated)

Haha cheers. Although I may just get a gloss black paint can from super cheap and run it over them.

I got pulled up 3 times last week. They couldn't find anything wrong with it but still. Pain in the ass.

I took it to manfield yesterday with 4 other AW11's (two blacktop 20v and one small port 16v) and I was the only one still going at the end of the day. Moral of that story is get a buetop 8)

Also I put a 6mm spacer in the back wheels and fitted my full brake upgrade:

Hilux one inch master cylinder

Facelift vacuum booster

GT4 Celica front twin pot rotors and calipers

Facelift front rotors and calipers on the rear

No hand brake but  fuck it stops good!

I was out braking all the other MR2's and I had shit 185/60 tyres that Markku got for free on the front.

Recommended to all other AW11 owners.

Next step is swap the rear sub frame to the face lift one so I Can run a rear sway bar.

Insert 3sgte.

I need way more track time too. I'm not that flash on the track. At home on the touge tbh. It's so different to track driving.

Just unpacked the ZG flares for it.

They're pretty shit. Don't fit as well as people on the enets made out.

Don't fit the Corona well either.

No surprises there though considering they are for a different car.

Will decide if I can work with them, might be able to cut bits out or do some sanding but it's cold and raining outside and I cbf thinking about it at the moment.

EDIT: In saying that they appear to work significantly better with the full facelift bodykit.

Nah, it was getting close till it got stacked.

Was looking pretty sharp.

So eventually it will get rebuilt and repainted with one of these front lips from CHCH and the same flares as that black one has on it.

I already got the flares. Will probably end up making some steel wheels for cheapness to fill them out. Like 15x9s or something.

Oh and I got black factory side skirts for it, never got round to putting them on.

Will see how much money the guy who stacked it has saved up and we might get it back to looking mint near the end of summer 8)

Discovered a few things today:

185/55 don't fit on 14x11. Not even at 65psi, however I suspect they may if I ground off the bead lip.

And 195/60's do:

Wheel brace almost didn't work.

Also guards are not wide enough. Need flares on my flares.

Car needs about 60mm lower too.

Wheels are actually for that trailer when I eventually turn it into a slamma.
