Of all the things you have done amazingly well I have a somewhat lame question, what was the process you went through for the underbody seal? Guest sheepers Posted April 9, 2013 Share Posted April 9, 2013 yes. there was heaps of flakey old shit to remove first. like the entire car's worth of flakey dirty sticky shit. however, once id gotten the old underseal off the steel and factory primer were in really good condition so i wire brushed and strip disked the couple of rusty bits then painted it with two coats of wattyl rust kill primer. then i applied about 7 liters of wurth underseal using the wurth gun. do that cover what you're after?
