Abarth Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 If it feels like it has a top speed limiter check the CDI (little black box). It should only have 5 wires going in to it. if it has 6 then usually the 6th wire is the top speed limiter. Most of the time its the pink wire, pull that out and if it still starts then sweet.
