Yeah pretty sure that will be the prep area. Just check the stock list on the site every day. Not sure exactly how reliable it is, but it's better than nothing.

You were there after me governorsam as I tried to remove that plate surround. It was held on by two rivets but I gave up when I realised i'd damage it trying to get it off the last rivet. Found a stainless one inside the beetle instead.

Last time I was there, there was a sierra wagon inthe yard next door. Does anybody know if those are cars waiting to come in? If so fingers crossed for pinto and 5 speed :bounce:

Correct its 2L 5 Speed. gearbox is gone already (when i went on saturday) but still had a 205 block 2L pinto with factory air conditioning

its only $140 for an engine so its a pretty cheap 205 block pinto for someone

Gutted I was really hoping for 5 speed :( I already have one 205 pinto in the garage but if its still there next time I go to town might add it to the collection

  • 2 months later...

Popped in today and saw this:

Marina 4door Wagon - 1974 - White - Petrol - Manual 1800cc

It looked pretty tidy, lots of good parts still on it, some hub caps inside etc. Was rego'd till Aug this year so not sure why it ended up there. I could have missed crash damage though as I was too busy looking at other parts. But yeah, just a heads up anyway incase anyone needs bits. Front chrome bumber / grille / head lights all looked in good enough condition.
