fuel
You need a special tool which removes them. It looks like a cheese slicer wire attached to a handle at each end. You feed the wire through a hole around the edge of the windscreen and attach it to the handles and slice the glue around the windscreen. I'm not entirely sure where you would get one from though. Raizer
Choke cable works just as well, need to be very careful using a cable as if you get the wrong angle you will shatter the glass! (not just with choke cables - have seen pro glaziers crack screens)
Gaz
Use a peice of small wire and cut around all the silocen that holds it on. Then get two people and lean the seats back, sit in them and use your feet to evenly pish the window out.

Raizer
if your getting new seals just cut the old ones with a craft knife, thats what i did with pImp Toyota/alot of cars screens are glued in instead of having the old rubber seal like Imps/Escorts etc etc
CUL8R
For stripping out derby car glass/windows we quite often use Old Army Pocket knives - something with a long blade, thats sharp, and slightly flexible. Cheers,Chris
