hey just wondering cause im bored and wanted 2 no how much time effort and money it takes to put a ca18det into a escort saw one on trademe just wanted 2 no for plain infomation as i see a few people doing :D

why do I keep digging up links for this guy :? search and ye shall find rather than post post post until someone like me does the work for you.

It's heaps of work putting a CA18 into an escort and costs alot too. As most forgein conversions are. Also, most people who do it take in on themselves... and no offense but I'm guessing it's a bit out of your league. I'd hate to think how many dumb posts you'd make if you did decide to go ahead with it.

i told u its just outta curiosity i cant search things cause google doesnt work for me lol thats y i ask and not search all the search engines are blocked lol if i could search i wouldnt ask stupid questions and the main reson i asked was cause of that l;ink to trade me i saw it and ask the guy an he said it wasnt that hard but i didnt belive him after what u guys said bout da sr20 etc im sticking wid what u guys saiod wid da coritna engine i want atleast 150hp in the end

Even if you can't use google you could still use a dictionary, and if thats too hard then at least throw a fullstp in between your sentences, its near impossible to understand what your saying man.

I know people who can build and engineer cars and hotrods from scratch and will say 'nah mate, not that hard eh' but I wouldn't know where to begin.

What about a rotary ? drop in a stanard series 5 13B Turbo engine (minus the turbo) bolt a 48mm IDA on it, Running N/A will be good for about 160HP easy, just an idea :) Would have hudge resale value as well

R100.. A rotary would look like it was swimming in a capri enginebay.. People would pop the hood and say 'where's the engine oh wait there it is..'

The only way to do with would be a blown triple rota... take up that unused space!
