Toucan
Yea depending on the cost I might be keen to get it done too, Might give it another go myself using some autosol though before I go spending money.
lowlancer
I used sandpaper like this thread said to, with autosol, and the bit i got done looked wicked as, like professional, but it was only 1 spoke and it took about an hour Where can you hire sandblasters from? Apparently they do the job well

Apparently they do the job well Yep, it can take some serious time I don't know how much effort I could be arsed putting into your multispokes especially if you want it all done nice, it'll take a long while, might be best to find out costs and weigh up the pros and cons, huge expense for quick, professional (hopefully) job, no effort expended, or small expense for long, grueling, quasi-pro job but with the satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself AND IT TOOK FOREVER! Just imagine how it is for the E-type Jag guys and their wire wheels
Will_8v
Hello thread necromancy! Polishing stuff is fun as, there's really good wool stuff that comes in a tin at Wootons, worked like a charm on my wheels.
lowlancer
I might just hire a sandblaster, if that's possible...And ask the dude if it'll work as well, while I'm there. If I do this, would anyone be keen to chip in to use it too?

lowlancer
Hmm I'm not sure sandblasting them will be good if you wanna keep the paint.... As for you TR, just follow the instructions on page 1, comes out really nice if you finish with 1200 or 1500 grit paper and autosol
