Ah shit, thought that would be the case. So would using ke30 knuckles work? Cant seem to find anything on google.

Dont have a knuckle to check at the moment.

I thought they could be used with ke70 top hats and knuckles, but i may have been wrong. Ghostly- If i want to flick them off ill let you know. The inserts need rebuilding or get new ones. Gave them all a really good clean today.

Bought some ke30 coilovers in the weekend, after being informed they would fit a ke70. Put them up next to some spare struts i have, and it looks like the holes for the steering knuckle are about 3 mm out. And it doesnt look like the brakes will fit on either. Didnt have a chance to have a very big look but yea, anyone have any idea why this would be?

I have a spare, but i think its a drivers side. Will have a look in my pile tomorrow

Ive given the old one off my passenger door to a friend but still have the drivers side

Got some doors and a new boot lid for this, as the windows cant go up in my old ones, and there is a massive dent in my old boot lid. Only cost me a box of beers, but there is a shit load of rust in the passenger door, and a fair amount in the boot and drivers door. However, i now have doors which i can wind the windows up in, so its not all bad. May take the guts out of the passenger door and put it in my old one, cause its not really worth repairing. Oh and they are red. Excuse the shit photos.

Picked up a diff from a people mover/Estima from Pick a Part the other week. And redrill the axels. On a sad note, after a quick measure, i dont think my MK3s will fit over the brakes but will wait and see when they get here. Speaking of C notching, is this what you mean by doing it properly? But fully welding it of corse. And is it certifiable? As i may have to do this when i put my new leaf springs in my wagon, but would like to have it road legal one day.

Thought id throw up a thread for my daily. A few of you may have seen it at some of the monthly Auckland meets. Got this as part trade for my old Jzx100, as i wanted something manual again. Currently it is running a 1gge, W55, BC Gold coilovers, 16x7.5 and 16x8 sterns, Luisi steering wheel and lush red interior. So i told myself when i got the car i was going to just drive it and not modify it much, then a couple of weeks later i went and bought this So waiting for that to arrive on Ewans next container, and saving up for a R154, and possibly a 2 way LSD for when i chuck in a G Series subframe from my mates mark 2. So anyway, let me know what you think. Kurt
