Will get hold of the pub and make sure they can accommodate having a few people there. Which im sure they can. Not looking for show quality, just one colour. The paint is alright in there now, it just looks ugly as its half black half blue. Also will probably be painting outside, although under cover, as the car isnt rolling at the moment.

Have access to a compressor and spray gun. unsure how good the gun is as its just a Super Cheap kit

Decided to paint the engine bay in my corolla, as its looking pretty ugly at the moment (different colour paint/grease and shit.) Havent done any spraying on cars yet, but this is how im planning to go about it. Clean the shit out of the bay. Would brakeleen be alright for this to get the grease off? Sand back paint till its nice and rough. Prime. Sand. Paint, sand after its dry? Anything else ive missed?

Better come to nats. Need to have a trail of sparks coming from Auckland.
