  1. CT90 has gained S90 bars (internally routed cables and wiring), front light/speedo and cut down rear guard, remade into front guard. NOS CT90 rear shocks...
  2. I like the KE25 substitution game, one subbed out and another subbed in, guess you had to be there...

  4. Gah, can't access at work Faux edit: Yus - bidbud to the resuce. I need to write a list...
  5. I haven't picked the Elsinore up yet, but judging from what he's selling on TM it could be one and the same. I hadn't realised that they were road legal once upon a time too, once it's in my garage stripped the above plan may be rejigged slightly as the end goal is something capable of off road exploration with vintage rego.
  6. Purchases made so far 1974ish Honda Elsinore MT125, and a 1966-68 Honda CT90 + = Plan is to do the above, plus seat, and vintage registration. Also dreaming of 100km/h, will I get away with the Lifan 125 or will I need to go to something gruntier?
  7. Looking at building up a Honda CT90 based bike - it's probably not in the system as it has probably never been on the road. It will need cert by the time I've finished with it. Can I VIN/ReVIN and cert at the same time or will it need to be vinned/revinned as stock first, then modified and certified? Logic says (to me anyway) that modified imports are possible so surely I can do it all at once. Cheers
  8. So pretty, how is it running with the pod filter? I've struggled to get any of my 2 strokes to run decently without an air box.
  9. With a raise/lower function that allows you to change the intensity of the smoke - I guess there's always the throttle...
  10. Does it still ride as dreamily with the low/wheels?
  11. I'm doing me some car selling so won't make it, cheers for the offer of ride though!
  12. Far out, that stereo install is amazing. That it includes all those features while remaining usable is impressive. Has that install been in the car since 2001? If so it's impressive that it still operates so smoothly. It looks like a 'factory' motorized stealth install. Have you done any other projects (not necessarily car related)? I'm OS would love to see them if so....
  13. The sweet thing about the TF125 idea is that there will be 100s of them sitting at Suzuki dealers/they'll be throwing them away. Cheapest 'new' DOT stamped indicators you can get are from this source, ~$10/pair
  14. *sigh* Alex has said I'm not allowed one of these now that you've got one. I can't bring myself to 924 so I think I'll have to ignore him...2015 will be the year.
  15. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/other/auction-168995952.htm Almost a sister vehicle - only been on Trademe since 20008 with 112,000 auction/advert views....
  16. Was when you were in the car that things went downhill for the LTD too...
  17. Cheers to Karl and minions for looking after us with another excellent weekend. What I love about OS meats is putting faces to names and how lovely you all are. I don't think Shane will take the LTD into the Molesworth again...
  18. We'll be leaving Nelson 3:30ish, St Arnaud?
  19. Paid, ride in sweet V8 sorted, home brew needs to be bottled, feck it's going to be flat! Looking forward to pitching my tent around 9pmish onto already icy ground...
  20. Mk 1 Cortina and Sam's Triumph are two of my students (both keen MTB boys), they have a mate with a mint gold/vinyl roofed Hillman Hunter too. Johnny Stead is the real name of the guy with the HR panel van, he's one of Isaac's friends, no idea on his OS name though...
  21. I've PM'd Karl - get Shane to do the same!
  22. 2 way solo in Sentra might even be beyond my levels of endurance!
