You should see bubbles coming out of the bush if it's working...

Bearings or bushes? ( Brass looking things) if bushes, they are probably dry. Put your finger over one end of the bush, fill it with motor oil and then squeeze the oil into the bush with your other finger. Usually sintered bushes, which means they they are pourous to hold the oil. Wipe off excess oil with a rag. Reassemble and test. ( Did my trade as an auto sparkie many moons ago...)

main loom earth point to the body is near the battery. self tapper from factory, they get loose. and check where you moved/removed lpg wiring.

Side stand switch definitely. Also green is earth, black is ignition on Hondas. Used to work in a bike shop doing electrics.

Looks like it has had the bash. No good. Will chew the pads off in no time. Needs a grind/ take it back. Possibly bent/cracked too. She's rooted mate.

Clamping can fuck hoses. If you go too tight. Just enough to stop the pressure. Like having to stop mid stream while having a piss to write your name in the snow. Too much clamping will do damage.

Soft brake hoses, can flex/expand. Grab the hose and get someone to stomp on the pedal. If you can feel it, its fucked. Happens a lot on old bikes, old cars. And shitty lines.

Anything can be fixed, comes down to expense vs result. Any creases in the chassis/ body? Have pulled cars straight with a block and tackle before. If its just a small tweak, can be feasible. If you can see it, so can the inspector..

white wire on the coil + is 12v unfused ignition feed. put an in-line fuse holder from there to the pump. then earth the pump. simple, easy to do. no need for a relay in a viva. cheers.

will try and get there, depends on which way the fire goes today. some fresh air would be nice.
