  1. If you can pin down part numbers for the bends I can price them through work as we have uber uber discount with Ullrich (Boss is mates with Gilbert etc)
  2. Depends on where you put the turbo - stock manifolds turned to face the front can be used if your putting the turbo somewhere in the front so you only need to make the pipes and collector using exhaust tube if you have some sort of decent braces to support the weight.
  3. I've got one of those too - good machines and I'm used to a mack daddy Lincoln Electric ACDC tig. Can't fault it so far. I ran a new 4mm TPS from a new 32amp breaker to a new sub board in the garage and ran a dedicated 20amp circuit and breaker. The previous owners who set up the garage wiring had the whole lot running from a light circuit above in the front room with 1mm cable and no earth - dodgy
  4. We have a CNC roller at work that we roll up ali tube for the 3ski bike frames etc - if you get really really desperate I can try teach myself the program and roll some for you.
  5. Looks good on the pointy's! Got a full set?
  6. I actually don't recall any bearing issues - just unknown engine more than anything. Will question the Beckernator on Friday while forcing beers down him
  7. that link is mine, i had it changed to suit the 4age, was about $100 back in the day. its just a daughter board swap so i can ask my contacts if they have any boards if you want?

  11. This somehow needs a stack exhaust right through the cabin and out the roof - awesome for smoking people out in the back via sunroof
  12. Just make sure they have a printer/plotter, nothing worse than a job done half pie with alignment problems
  13. Printer at work is currently setup with pigment based inks else I'd sort them for you. Talk to Drew at Nova Graphics out west, he should be able to help
  14. Eco solvent or latex print onto clear self adhesive print media, often with laminate over the top then run through the cutter. Shouldn't be too hard to replicate. Current machines can also print metalics
  15. Linkplus G1 v14 has 10x20 from memory
  16. Can we see a burnout please /bogan
  17. Ive done this before nad with 7mgte auto trans ecus but they are more complicated
  18. Can't just chop the turbo flange off the collector and slightly angle to create more space?
