Tanks EX has been though a few, 3 maybe 4? They went good for a wile but just not made well enuff to last on high boost I gues. I vouch for Masterpower aswell have herd nothing but good things about them.

I took some kids to a ball in this a wile back so thought ild give it a good wash clean the windows degrease the wheels ect, turns out the paint on the wheels wasnt to keen on the degreaser and ended up all over the drive way so I decided it was time for a change. At first I wasnt to happy, my cream paint turned out yellow but its realy grown on me now, I think it makes it look older and not so dirty. Ive fixed the exhaust on this a few times but when it got caught on some railway tracks on boxing day and ripped a big hole in the side of it so I thought it was about time I did it properly, well kinda atleast. The new pipes 2,1/2'' from the manifold to a twin 2'' muffler and then out behind the rear wheel. Whats left of the old pipe after it was hit by a stray drive sharft. Its a bit louder than I thought it was going to be but man it can rev now, its like a hole new car I carnt beleave how hard it pulls- not that im a racer or anything. Rear pipe vibrates on the sill a bit so still need to sort that out some time. Spent 5 nights in toupo over new years so took the old girl down she went mint, cheers to Nuie for the pic

So its been a wile but im still slowly tinkering away on this,have painted up most bits to go back into the bay and also started sorting out the wiring runing it inside the gaurd. Finished wraping up my exhaust manifold down pipe screamer ect all the way down to the back seats to try and keep the floor from getting to hot and then sprayed them with some kind of heat wrap sealer stuff, its probly just a have but it looks kinda nice. Got a few more wheels to, the ones on the car are 13x7 and 8 superlights which I boroed/stoll to see how a 13'' wheel would look with a small tyre And these are some more I picked up on trademe. Theres one 13x6,1/2 SSR MK 3, two 13x6,1/2 Starsharks and one 13x7 Starshark. The plan is to find more to make up a couple sets off yahoo and freshin them up.

Im not sure what time gates open on the Friday but I think its from 6 on Saterday. I left Hamilton at 6 last year but didnt get into the show grounds till after 10 coz the traffic was so bad.

The HIF SU's like the one you have are sweet to run on a bit of an angle tilting back,have been useing them like that on minis for years the only hard part is finding the right needle to suit whatever engine set up your useing it on. As for how much rebilding the turbo will cost how long is a peace of string? It all depends were you go what you want done and how easy it is for them to find parts for, the last one I had done was a T28 off a rover 220 gti and with a new compressor cover and 360 degre thust washer I think it cost me about $900

Ive got some old racks I used to have on one of my Minis, there not realy basket a rack but they do have a decent side on them and are about 1x1.5m. They will probibly need new sucktion cups as the rubber has dryed up and may damage the paint on your roof but if you like il put them in the wagon so you can have a look at the ham-meet on Thursday.

Churrr I got two mesh's of some sort so was going to make a set of miss-mached wheels with of them as long as the bidding dosnt go nuts

Oh yup I know the one now, it dosnt look to bad/dosnt look like its been screwed with to much. The wheels are grose but for some strange reason I think I like them

I finaly got the engine bay finished up for paint, put a tow plug on the crown and I was off Big thanks to my old work mate Zane for spreding the jam on she came out mint, now I just gotta try not to scratch it as I peace it back together Just going to tidy up a few bits and slap a bit of black paint around over the overspray ect and then its all on, theres a few more bits I still need to find for the engine and I need to finish shortining the shifter but it coming together
