Yeah, nah. After talking to people who've been to both tuners, I decided to take it to Tony. / would get 360wkw on dynopower's dyno.

Looked in to the tune, but the software is a bit old and not the most user friendly, knowing as much as I do, I decided to flag tampering with it. . So this is booked for a visit to RX7 Heaven next Thursday for a tune. Chance of it hitting the goal of 300wkw = 25% Chance of it blowing up on the dyno = 75% Prace Bwets Naow.

That's why you keep a little piece of timber in your boot, to hold the hatch up while you load. That's what my grand parents did with theirs.

And FWD twin spins are bad MMMMk. Good work VG, it's the perfect hatch back for getting your groceries in.

LOL WTF Joker? When I went for Cert, they jacked the car up at it's set height, checked the springs were captive, then set it back down. Your certifier WILL NOT adjust the height of your suspension. My springs are uncaptive if you wind the adjustables as low as they will go, but as the car is being certified at a specific height (which should not change post certification) this does not matter. Hope this answers your query.

Factory diffs are few and far between, although because they're torsen the drift boys bin them. $660 for a gearbox? Shit the price has gone up, last time I looked they were going for $350-400. A decent LSD is worth $1000-1500, however, this is what causes axles to break. Mazdaspeed do billet? axles to fix this though. I'm running a single plate heavy duty clutch, seems to be holding up to the power ok, although when I re tune it may slip on the dyno.... I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

If the R34 is costing you too much I'll gladly take it off your hands / It's so sweet. Suppose I'm lucky in the fact that 3rd Gen RX7 Boxes can take a bit of punishment / rotaries don't make any torque so don't break things. (Well they do but it goes in this order: Diffs > Axles > clutches > gearboxes)

I've been in contact with the Green Brothers, unfortunately it will be months before they have any time to fit me in. They've recommended Brent at Dynopower as the only other person they trust to tune their cars. This may be the go. I will be contacting them tomorrow. Have found a Microtech dongle, so will be uplifting the map this weekend to see what exactly it's doing and go from there.
