    haha you do have a point - but nah I've been pushing it already (wof's been out since nats), not really too fussed about the potential of a fine or cops, its more that driving it means no insurance if something shitty was to happen. But thanks for the offer of a seat though, but since i'd already talked myself out of taking my car I've promised the mrs we'll be doing house reno stuff

    keen! Will need a wof between now and then so will be dependent on that, but otherwise will be there, April 16 is easter weekend, so could do it the Monday 17 instead? The following weekend might end up being a long weekend for many aswell with ANZAC landing on a tuesday.

    I kinda of did the same, mines all legal so didn't have much to worry about , i did have a 'wtf' moment pulling into the carpark though haha!

    Perfect - I'm easy with leaving time, I was just tossing out 9am as it still means an earlish start for those further north. Surely leaving at 8am would allow heaps of time for the 7-8 hour journey, got about 3 1 hour stops up the sleeve then.

    Keen as beans - looking at the thursday 'schedule' looks like we wanna arrive at 6-7pm right? Meet up at the Papakura / Drury BP station at around 9am then we got plenty of time for a few sweet stop offs? Pick up Hamilton folk along the way? *will have spare seats also for anyone in auckland / hamilton who isn't taking a car*
