Oh man this is fun. Dont know how I started drinking at The Cob? to realise I was at the wrong joint. So started walking to the rose and criz to see a swag of os cars drive past. Thankfully Simo saved me and then yeah, dialled in some corona and ate some stz. Then got given wine by old Colin from Truck Stopz. Bloody good fun chaps.

Fun times had in the P run at nats in this. Pretty sure Leon speed up for sped bumps. And a u-turn, inside wheel pretty much rotates on itself its sooo tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Except for having heater on max blast.

Bum hole. So I ended up pur chasing another 289 off trademe that was in Hastings. Took my engine into the rebuilders and both heads were quite tonked and the block needed work. And I am low on time. So swapped a guy some locks pretty much for the engine. Tis a 302 block with 289 internals and 351 cam. You do the math. Today I started it up. That local good guy bogan everyone has came and painted my engine bay too. Thanks JasonK Another good looking chap was bored for the weekend so he came down and play nuts and bolts. Thanks Escorta... Flipping in yo Chucked me new wheels on too, looks heaps lots high atm. Took it round the block today, needs a tune and to put a few miles on before I leave for the hop next wed but going well everything will be fine. Thank god its mostly done done

This Tuesday is the next one fellas, slightly different stz this time. Meet at burger fuel at 6.00pm, then leave at 6.15 and cruising out to Eskdale park (where we had Hawkes Boes one year) and enjoying a sausage and maybe a game of softball etc. Be something different which will be coolies.
