  1. I dig it when people make trailers out of 2 back 1/2s of vans etc, so you get a decent looking front with doors etc. So sweet!
  2. Nah, have that still
  3. FINE! you all win... been sold though, and this is what it looked like last i saw it
  4. Damn it! I wanna see shed full of electronics/jet engine etc! Why did my little brother have to plan a stupid family thing that day Still, I made it to the meeting point and had some sweet jarns, so that's cool
  5. That ackerman angle looks quite extreme in the photos? could just be the angle of the photo though... but DAMN that looks good!
  6. Surely they run all the bulbs as a series parallel setup though, so if one dies, that entire series string dies, not just one
  7. So am i adding another May calendar event? looks good UJ!
  8. It is BUCKETING down here, and there's only 15 cars here haha. Im going home as soon as my car will start again...
  9. I'm still going to have a look, so is slacker.can. see you all there!
  10. keen. Dont need my garage included, but happy to have some people around to look at my rubbish and head on to the next one if people want to. Have nothing 'in progress' so not much point im guessing. Keen to see some hidden gems that dont make it to the meets!
  11. That's the ones I want Denham. They are the ones with the disposable income to buy mine come summer so I can build V2
  12. Cheers bud needs some finishing still but it did pull a crowd
  13. Teardrop and starlet washed. Not clean, but washed. See you all soon!
  14. Hoping to make it also and drag the teardrop out for some sunshine!
  15. happy maybe that means that i can finally remove this reminder in my calendar soon?
  16. Yeah, impedance likely won't match but can always series/parallel some to make it work. I just used a 12v battery and 12v current limited PSU with adjustment to make a makeshift charger and ran all car gear from the battery and was ace... Just s bit big and hard to move
  17. some inspiration maybe? http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/specialist-cars/other/auction-828681563.htm
  18. i could totally see chris being the squeamish one and getting Tara to clean it out she totally wears the pants in that relationship (still love you chris)
  19. i would probably do the sides, then flush trim them with the router, and then do the roof? i'm sure it doesnt really matter, but if you do the roof after, then if water does come in between the roof and the trim, then it has to work harder to get inside as there is no seam on the roof as such (no idea if i'm making sense TBH)
