  1. Could be tempted. Will decide closer to time.
  2. I only took one photo. Favourite car there was this Vitesse.
  3. Heres a 185/60/14 on a 7". Stretched but not much
  4. When I used to live in Miramar I always went here https://www.google.co.nz/maps/place/Hobart+Take-Away/@-41.3224396,174.8147972,17z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0000000000000000:0x1460eedda826898c

  6. Just thought I would offer in case anyone wants a ride as I will have a spare seat in my Lotus. Plan is to leave Wellington early (4-5am ish) Friday morning (Waitangi day) and return after it finishes on Sunday so probably get back early hours of Monday morning.
  7. I have one you can borrow. I've never used it to make sure it works but no reason it shouldn't. I'm in Karori or I could take it to work with me in the CBD.
  8. Here is a good place to start reading //oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/topic/20121-paint-thread/?hl=%20paint%20%20thread
  9. I don't understand how that Z28 is so slow. It certainly didn't deserve to win the Sybill Lupp memorial by half a lap...strange handicapping.
  10. My wedding ruined British car day two years ago. I plan to come up on Sunday for this.
  11. Porirua hot rod show on Sunday if you want a destination
  12. One wheel on footpath and getting too far from the road?
  13. Didn't take many photos. This Alvis was my favourite car there: Highlight for the day for me was the SW20 with many Ferrari logos and OUR355 as the plate.
  14. I have the opposite issue, driveway is above the garage. Thinking of putting a hook in the driveway so I can use a winch to get non running cars outside for certain tasks/working in the sun.
  15. Of course, 6 speed. That's the main reason I bought one instead of a 540i
  16. Not too much of an update to this. I fixed the mirror from the post above and upgraded to better toelinks. Other than that I've now done 5,000ks pretty trouble free in 18 months so its not getting much use but I expected that. In other news I decided my Peugeot wasn't too practical due to my house/trailer/dog owning status so I've just bought this: 2004 VZ Commodore SS. 5.7l LS1 with 250kw or maybe a little bit more due to a Remus exhaust. Is quite different to anything I've ever owned before but its a bit of a laugh so far.
  17. Would be keen on a ride. Not sure I could be bothered walking that far.
