Fuel pressure gauge ... Install on high pressure feed line or on return line after regulator ? Or does it make no difference ? Seems te aftermarket fuel pressure regs have them on the reg so that's after injectors ... Any thoughts ?

what they said ^^^ and clean the steel first .. it really really helps wire wheel or flap disc get rid of the oily and rusty coating will make it way easier cool project looking superclean so far you will get a handle on the welding aliexpress has alloy reservoirs for those master cylinders in spangly colors for 1.99

Brake pad knock back Hayes push bike hydro disc brakes were so bad at dragging/sticking pistons the trick was to leave a slight wobble in the disc so it would knock the pads back for less drag/pad glazing /overheating/sticking more in a vicious circle the real fix was take them off and throw away funny I was just reading about the 350z brake issue last night somewhere else

All the reading I have done about arc eye and auto darken helmets suggests that you won't get arc eye thru the lens even if the auto darken is not working not that keen to test it out too much myself but I did google the hell out of the subject when my cheapy helmet was cutting in and out any welding professionals wanna enlighten or endarken us more about that?

so this just passed the 1 year in the shed mark and i have been plugging away at small things trying to make sure it all fits made a cut down sump using the bowl of another sump ... it was ugly welding and looked too small on capacity and leaked like a sieve so i made mk II version deeper and with new 2mm steel much easier to deal with made 1 flat plate right thru at cut line and then made the cutout and bowl for ford v8 pickup l very minor weeps on testing and i just hit it with the full POR tank sealer system to sort that out oil filter remote and oil cooler mounted and plumbing mocked up lots of little bits to sort so they dont try to occupy the same space under the bonnet

No you buy the correct o2 sensor and tps from aliexpress china using the original part # to search and identify them then you get the correct sensor with the right range and factory plugs etc my $300 O2 sensor that was $150 on eBay was $40 on aliexpress

Aliexpress for cheap 02 sensors and tps find the oem part number and search using that - cheap just takes a week or 2 to get here

For alloy - cheap oven cleaner in the can spray DO NOT leave it to sit too long. rinse off with water Scrub brush on the stubborn bits and rinse the hell out of it with water or it will etch into the alloy toxic as hell -outdoor use only -catch the runoff and kill gorse with it or something will also remove anodising from alloy

that seagull outboard really needs to go onto a boat made from an old car bonnet for max OS car points - have seen a boat made from a table up there usually a very fun weekend may come up for a cruise as its almost not really halfway to here
