  2. Fark!!!!! That'll be my old girl, 1976 Michigan car!!!!!!!! Not that it matters much after 100,000 mjiles.
  3. Dreaded Michigan casting? why what's wrong with those? All the 400m are a bit, errr underpowered being super low compression and two barrel. 360lbs torque and 180 bhp in full smogger spec
  4. Awesome car very close to my 76 Gran Torino. 400m motor?
  5. I'm sorry he is going to have to sell me the Elton John Record or I'll sack him

  9. I had a freeking awesome time, especially big engine top trumps, 302, 400, 454, 508, Fark thats a LOT of big motors. I had a drool around everyone's cars too, Who drives that awesome Black Century? Will wash my car, and have a good go at getting it legal before the next meet, probably! Neil your mansize Tonka Truck is just mega.
  10. Some of us in the American camp, may have slight legality issues, maybe!!!
  11. I'm so down for this meet, Me and Neil Both in Large American cars from the 70's meeting in a car park? surely there's some kind of car chase on the cards

  13. Another American car Attending? Might well bring the Torino, unless my sweet L200 sport is fixed
  14. Yes, yes yes!!!! I love seeing American 4 doors, everybody has coupes, but 4drs and wagons, that's where it's at!!!
  15. Cheers Guys 6000km all Illegal and never washed so far, but a return to total legality and a slight resto is in the pipeline. Oh and much more power! Next time its a return to quirky old Rovers! I literally could not stop myself lusting after your Skyline Ed, you've got all the best toys. When you get the Brougham done Neil, shall we have a 70's style car chase dude?
  16. Jesus! RD400 Coffin Tank. I had a miss spent couple of months with one of these in my youth, freeking awesome bike, but truly death on a stick. handling and braking I seem to remember were optional, but performance was exceptional. mine used to foul the plugs in town and you'd have to rev them clean, resulting in funny looks followed by monster wheelies
  17. I liked your KP60, bright Yellow suited it well. I did get super distracted by Neil's soft as a dogs ear Datsun 200b interior tho, now that is freeking plush. Might even get around to washing the Torino for the next one, sorry if it got everyone dirty
  18. Crap my BL Rover is not together enough to make it, and my 85 L200 Sport has no brakes, or wof, so coming in the Zebra Step wagon, that I will hide downstairs!
  19. Nice Pink and Zebra Striped truck picking that old shell up No slant bits here I'm afraid, I have fully given up on slants and gone for throwing the 6 in the victor, if it annoys my I might even shove either, my 350 Chevy, or a tickford 6 at it!
  20. Two hands is a great movie, not that much car action in it, but a great movie anyway. The XA coupe is lovely
  21. Fast Company was directed by David Cronenburg, so not exactly amature (mind you it was really early in his career) What about Shaker Run? Everyone's seen that right? Trans Am chase all the way through NZ in the 80's, now that's a nice slice Kiwi made awesomeness. Non stop car action.
  22. Whoa H8r, whats the Beef with Christine? directed by John Carpenter, who we can all agree is awesome!!!!! What about The Hi Riders? or the Wild Angels, mind you if we all watch that and Mad Max, and add beers, shit is going to get crazy
  23. I was more thinking Wes, his sidekick Possibly the ToeCutter from MM1 I actually kinda look like him
  24. Actually how about Mad Max 1+2 I'd kill to watch both of these with a gang of motorheads, we could all dress up as either a) MFP Post Apocalyptic Bikers Please, please please, can we do this? plus Theres a supercool cinema called the Rialto in Newmarket, and it has a bar and waitress service for food and alcohol, I think I might be able to pull off a midweek booking?
