Did they sort it? I got the old "terms and conditions say it can't be applied retrospectively" brush off twice before the supervisor reluctantly put though a refund request, which the finance department or may not approve.

I managed to miss that when booking (I don't know how, cos it's so damn obvious). I have just had a spirited (still polite) conversation with a Bluebridge supervisor about not being happy paying $106 more than I could have. I may or may not be getting a refund. Fingers are crossed.

For sure, I'm keen to get underway any time on Thursday. I'm planning on taking Thursday and Friday off. Ideally start the journey on Thursday and get to Hanmer early afternoon Friday. (I'd like to go for a Mountain bike ride with Alex/yoeddy on Friday arvo if possible). Could stay at St Arnaud on Thursday night (depending on what boat sailing). Bluebridge has 8am, 1.30pm and 8.45pm on Thursday 27/08. But yeah, I'm keen to hear everyones thoughts (cos I might be sounding a bit keen and urgent above =)
