  1. Chances are, this code is because you were in the shed when you scanned the BCM, so there is no sun on the solar sensor.
  2. If I could remember what’s in there and what’s not. Need to make sure nothing is mouldy.
  3. Did some prep today. Washed off last Wagnats and genuine Foxton barn find dust. Next job on the list is unpack from last time.
  4. It’s probably pretty close when the Kenworth is left hand drive.
  5. Did you get this sorted? I have a spot for you if needed.

  9. Yep yep. Keen to celebrate the young fulla’s big day. There’s going to be a yardy, right?
  10. My recommendation would be to take it to a panel beater to assess and get a letter from them. End of the day it is up to the WOF inspector, so maybe try a different garage {after a wire brush and some rust converter} for a second opinion/ WOF.

  12. Cannot have mirror tints unless they are factory. I don’t think a sunroof would be a problem.
  13. I’d say it would be up to the inspector to decide. Could be failed with… depends on the inspector’s interpretation of the VIRM & whether the suspension does what it needs to do.
  14. As long as it’s 100mm above the road and has a gap to the bump stops, it’s fine.
  15. Hi @Chris Els welcome to old school. Make a WTB thread in this section… https://oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/forum/8-parts-for-sale-wanted/
  16. Here’s the rules: https://vehicleinspection.nzta.govt.nz/virms/in-service-wof-and-cof/general/vehicle-interior/interior-impact As long as there are no sharp bits, it should pass a WOF.
  17. I haven’t come across that before. Sounds like you need to do some digging. Sounds valve train to me.
