is the mic and PPT actually in side the shaver case?

Why dose it have a shaver on the mic cord?

Are they copper-lead bearings?

Yer the wipers are slow as hell, any faster and they would fall off the yanks like the coffin nose with the 4 round headlights, I think that looks a bit strange Make some extractors, I didn't do a very good job but it made it pull better round the 2000 2500 RPM range

You can buy a kit from the UK witch has all the castings, the hard part is the tappered flattend tube part, too much work realy

Thats a cool looking motor, if you could get an old Triumph Norton BSA ect pre unit gearbox with the clutch all you would need to do would be to make a front sproket for the end of the crank

I know a guy who has a willys engine, its under his bench, I could ask if he would part with it?

Yer all the load of the engine and trans bouncing up and down, the shaft would have been the only thing stopping it from crashing down onto the road, Would a GM trans fit?

Thats a nasty crack, I wouldn't try to fix it with those low temperature repair rods, the crack must have caused some misalignment and strain to make those metal flakes in the oil

Those Turbo brand mufflers have a nice sound, they are a straight thrugh glasspack but look like that ovel black muffler you have

Your alternator may over heat if it couldn't keep up

I saw segedins were selling bigger pulleys for slowing the alternator down, I thought one of the good things about alternators is they would charg at any speed? Some hot rods run them off the driveshaft

Those sealed lead acid batterys last a long time, I found a place in auckland witch sells them for $45 each as they have been sitting at auto shops too long and they need to move them fast, they have a 12 month warranty.
