It is a GEU yeah?

 

Is the AFM plugged in firmly? they tend to go full pig rich as a sort of failsafe when the ECU cant see the AFM

 

Also even try running it with the AFM unplugged if it is plugged in, a stuffed AFM can also make it go mental rich for no reason, or even if you want to check the flapper inside the AFM and see that it moves freeley, and also springs back to its original position after moving it with your fingers

Float level if carb, AFM stuck wide open or buggered if injected, these would be the best place to start.

Had one in an Avenger with twin twin choke Minkuni's as a lad, new diff every couple of weeks till I put a Holden V8 one in it.
