Snorkpipe
USD ruins the look as well. Using the right springs and cartridge emulators will well andtruly update the forks. NZ has a few guys who specialise in MC suspension, but I just import my parts off fleabay usually. Where are you getting the shock from? 1
xsinclairx
Looking at Hagon rears from motozone and importing front replacement from overseas. Had all my parts I ordered turn up. Partsfish seemed to take ages and there's a couple bushes missing so I'll have to get onto that. This bike isn't looking like it'll be ready for summer Maybe I should buy something else in the meantime?

xsinclairx
Yeap so I brought this home today. Definitely needs stock paint and the exhausts sorted. Needs a few new old parts but otherwise a good bike. Might sell it again in a year or so.

xsinclairx
If I was going to spend stupid money I'd go exhausts like this... Yep that's a bigger engine tho!

xsinclairx
I spent half the day trying to clean and polish the wheels I'm going to try and order a supplementary plate for this bike and paint it black and silver. This one makes me cringe. Also ordering a few plastic bits like the dash surround and number plate light cover.

Snorkpipe
That's a peach. Oil cooled Bandit motor with GSXR cams and high compression would be a wicked sleeper
a.craw4d
What'd you use to clean up the wheels? Looks good.

xsinclairx
Still collecting bits for the pop up. I was going to take it to Brass Monkey but I don't trust the clutch basket rattle haha. I just can't wait to get it painted. I hate the blue!
xsinclairx
Finally managed to separate the seized stanchion. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be able to tidy this one up
