Air Filter Oil

Have just given my filter a wash and was wondering if there is a better and more economical solution to the specific stuff ITG or K&N sell.

An aerosol can of something that will last for years would be great!

I've got some JR racing stuff you can use... It's blue - like your car.

Also there is a big argument about air filter oil and it doing bad things to maf's... you car i think is MAP tho....

I think its all good as long as you only mist on a small amount,, its only there to collect extra dust so no need to coat it heavy. I have a ITG filter that is foam so it wont make its way through. Amazing how much crap they pick up when you wash them out!

I have a K&N filter service kit you are welcome to have if you want it, has been used to wash and oil one small panel filter so there's plenty left.

Castrol make one that does the job swell. Remember it being quite cheap. If I can find mine you can have it, only used it once so probs 3/4's of the aerosol remaining.

Edit: Misread, thought you meant a cheaper Airfilter Oil alternative.

Was going to suggest Bel Ray...they do a liquid form too, which lasts forever and a day. A little goes quite a way

but i use a cheap $30 pod filter .

havent noticed the maf have a hernia over it
