Raizer
Oh shit your right again i was picturing late mk1 lol a lot of people get mixed up with Escort van/wagon rear shocks aye The late mk1 and mk2 shock mounts would mean the deck in a van would have to have holes in to get to the pin on top of the shocks so they just kept using the early mk1 floor in them. NaN
Munroe are shit. thats BS. they are fine, it all depends on what your doing with them. Shit for rally cars, fine for street cars. I will say this though, .. Munroes dont seem to last very long, .. 6mths later they seem to be worn out every time. which is why I dont buy them Just a thought, ... why not use the KYB gas shocks, that supercheap stock for Hilux's (front), 87 - 91 or some such, they have the same stroke, etc, as the escort ears. around $75 each. kyteler
They're AWESOME for the 6months they last on a street car. That's how. The fact they only last that long, if that. Turning into a fetid pile of useless soft nancy shit, is irrelevant, if they were good for any period of time before that takes place. TAXI! NaN
so they arent shit but then you go onto say they only last 6 months? how is that not shit? work well when good, and pretty average when not. I'm more inclined to say munroe are 'average' not 'shit'. Shocks dont last forever buddy

My name is Russell
late escort diff in early escort i would guess therefore no fixture points on body, they also require vert shocks from memory which this also does not have also
ESKIN8R
Nah just being a mk2 van all the diffs come out with the mounts, but the bodies floorpan is based on early mk1 so no mount points
