fuel Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 tester will refuse to take the test if the car doesn't have a wof/rego or isn't up to wof standard (they check brake, indicators, headlamps and tyre tread on the spot before you commence the test).. well at least they did when I went for my full years ago.
