I may be wrong, but going from memory

Weather strips = the rubbers that seal against your door windows

Bailey channel = the channel your door glass runs in

Screen seal = kinda obvious, but is the the seal for the front windscreen

Locking strip = the piece that fits into the screen seal and locks it in place, often white or chrome Edit: im sure one of my Escorts had a wood grain one lol

One of these two will be the small strip with the chrome that goes on inside of window at bottom. It has furry shit on it. I gotr some new ones.. the price I paid was about the price of the top ones but they say outer..?

The chrome peice that runs in the beads of the windscreen

Do you reckon no locking strip in a car would be bad when i got mine out for panel and paint they kinda snapped a bit
With no strip in its possible for the screen to pop out when you shut a door with all the windows up (not highly likely but i have seen it happen)

haha maybe in a crash or something, but yeh my cortina = hasnt had locking strips in it for bout 3 years, no problems yet, but i suspect they push the rubbers out and seal them better to water etc.
