peteretep
dman thats awesome problem with a windsor is the enormous weight, australian cortinas had uprated suspension thats why they handle them better, doenst mean they handle good though
Guest ruthless
yea 302 are much better power wise but there alot more xepencive to its only going into a wagon so itl be a cruzer and the 3.5 is alot better on gas
Gaz
Even crusiers need to turn corners.

dylan
a rover v8 wont weigh it down much there as light as shit
Raizer
Rover 3.5s are lighter than pintos, about the same as a crossflow from memory (but that could be the p76)
mk2_escort
yea apparently they are lighter then most 4cylinder cast iron engines. good luck to ya.
SYKOV6
dunno about lighter than a pinto but definatly ligher than a ford v6. i had a mk2 sport with a p76 for a while in the days b4 certs . we just cut the firewall out sat the motor + trans in there and made mounts to suit. would never pass now days. but theres plenty of mk4/5 cortys gettin round with v8s of all descriptions. its alot easier in the aussie ones as the front susp/brakes/diff/ trans tunnel are all upgraded for the falcon
Guest ruthless
yea thyr pritty light itl fit in nicly just need to do mounts and chang the sump and shortin drive shaft. i wnt to find a ozzy assembald diff for it and pinto front disks.
