Someone tried to jack the car up off them would be my pick

On my car I got hold of an old bung ECU and a electrician buddy stripped the connector off it and made an adaptor loom using that and the Link wiring harness so that it was "plug and play" with the factory engine loom. Then I hooked wideband wiring straight to the Link loom and done. Managed to sqeeze all of that wiring in under the dash so you'd never know. Just had the USB cable running up to the glove box for easy access.

Oh man, so jelly of that windscreen strip! Are they universal?

Do Sabelt sell 5 (or 6) point harnesses that can easily be converted to 4 point and back again? After all the race cars I've been in, I cringe each time I jump in one where they only have a 4 point harness. Find they're uncomfortable and struggle to get them to sit right - usually the buckle lifts up too high when tightening the shoulder straps.

Nice Matt, quite digging the gold on white.. those Weds Sport rims really set it off. As Rhys said, Willwoods on these are the shit. Wouldn't bother trying to get the twin pots to work. I tried TRD Black pads - nice feel/bite but couldn't handle the heat. TRW pads (about $70) were sweet for heat but didn't really have the same bite. Finally tried a set of Hawk HP+'s which handled the heat and had better bite than the TRW's but still wasn't happy with the bite (TRD blacks were the best there). Ended up getting a set of Willwoods off MRP (coupled with TRD blacks in the rear) and brakes are awesome. Pit straight at Taupo I'm braking at the 50 marker and you have plenty of time to get off the brakes and ready yourself for turning in. You can get Chamberlains in Christchurch to make up a bigger rear swaybar for about 280+GST to suit. Planning on doing this myself sometime this year if I can't get my hands on a Whiteline 20mm blade adjustable bar

Was considering getting one of these a few months back, so glad I didn't impulse buy like normal! Yuck. Brought a MagnaFlow muffler instead, holely fuck it's quiet especially seeing as its bloody straight through. Win.

JTune did some dyno testing with intake pipes, playing around with not only diameter but also length https://nzhondas.com/na-tuning/123153-intake-setup-all-engine-setup.html

Don't know if its been mentioned but the factory sumps have no baffling so if any spirited driving it going to happen it would be a wise investment to put a baffle plate in.

If you want to get either of them in the mag might be best to speak to a contributor if they're not getting back to you. Aaron Mai is in Palmy, he did Cole's RX7. -
http://www.lasertools.co.uk/item.aspx?cat=1259&item=5335 I got one of these and they are brilliant. There are probably cheaper options around but these are nice to use and makes it super easy

A mate brought a nice shiny China-spec stainless manifold for his 2JayZee. Nicely made, tidy welds etc... then they did a magnet test and found while the runners were stainless steel the flange wasn't

Shall find out what chur'bro mate runs on his S14 circuit car. It's one of those Kinugawa turbos. Similar size to a TD05 iirc. Comes on boost nicely etc. On E85 was good enough for 300rwkw at about 20psi on an internally stock SR20DET. edit

Also auto 3S Altezza's had lower a compression ratio and less aggressive cams iirc

Nice driving Rhys!
