  1. oh yup true, give old sterling a bell, located in onehunga... http://www.sterlingbrake.co.nz/ also depends on what its doing and when, ie does it piss out when pushing pedal in or when releasing the pedal?
  2. just replace the whole unit master cylinder, depending on what car its for and availability... if not then sort the seals out, flush the whole system (brakleen) and put new fluid in at least. also having that fluid going everywhere its a paint stripper so once its sorted make sure you deal to the places its stripped, if its not the master cylinder then check the hose, down to the slave. You'll have new stuff sorted for under a hundy buck.
  3. cheers will crack on with it and see how it goes... hopefully not the cracking part! awesome lads.
  4. hey folks ive heard theres a trick to putting a window back into car with a peice of rope/string but didn't find any decent youtube videos or maybe i didnt look well enuff Any peeps here can chime in on how to do this... Cheers Rob
  5. also when starting the car in P (park) does it make a difference if you try in N (neutral) at all? happens on the middys car and this solves it, the not starting part. Applicable to autos Oil pressure switch wire loose on some cars effects the starting as well.

  16. just gunna slowly take insides out, then wip the slant out, then il see whats good... i did find that the rotors arent any thicker than my ones in there so but i heard today that a mod to some renault 21 rotors and some head scratching will possibly do the trick... il keep you in mind alex. oh this one has sway bar too so pretty chuffed about that... go away rain....

  19. tidy up of the engine bay. sussed the radiator out, has fan attached which runs off the link via a relay, still need to get the OG temp sensor working for the dash cluster. also blow-off valve needed a vacuum link so ran one off the top of the throttle body seems to be much better. moved igniter and relays into one corner and the catch can moved to a suitable place. Few holes to weld up and the engine bay will be complete.Seats are attached properly now Starts and runs fine now now need to work towards getting the driveline and brakes sorted still heaps to do...
  20. Keen for a bus house, one of them old yellow buses from back in the day. This is totally awesome.
  21. Tps needs the correct values sent 5 v in and then ones an earth that and the third is the one sending values back... If its got 4 wires ones an idle sense. Multimeter and feeler gauges to set resistance at particular stages of its rev cycle... is throttle body and tps all Og?
